Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 days.

Orders are processed on our opening hours Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
We keep our stock levels up to date as best as possible but due to high volumes of orders some stock might have a longer shipping time as we wait on new stock to arrive, in this case you will be informed and offered an exchange or refund.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We aim to deliver orders within 5 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will be in contact with you by email or phone to give you a delivery date.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact take pictures and contact our team directly to file a claim within 24hrs. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.

We cannot refund products where they have been altered or modified in anyway.

Returns Policy

We accept refunds for your products if they’re still in their original condition when purchased.

Shipping costs for your return will be at your own cost, if within 20 miles of our warehouse we will collect for £30.

Refunds will be processed once we have checked the items returned.
